Is consistantly using anti bacterial soap bad?

I shower at least once a day and always use dial brand anti bacterial bar soap as a body wash. Is this going to weaken my natural immune system or cause any other ill effects ? Thanks.

Are natural personal care products as effective as traditional ones?

Such as toothpaste, soap, body lotion, and deodorant? I have just recently started using natural products, and it seems like they aren't doing as much for me as the products I used to use. So I'm wondering if the ones I'm used to actually work better than all-natural products, or if they just seem like they do because some of the ingredients stick to the body (like silicone in conditioner) instead of actually helping.
